Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

All products go through stringent quality checks by us before being shipped to our customers, however in odd case if you would like to return, cancel or exchange our products, please refer to our policy below

  • Products that are eligible for return, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Eligibility of products will be easily visible on our product page under shipping information. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
    • In order to be fair to our artisans and craftsmen not all products such as made to order pieces, customised products are eligible for returns or exchanges, the same is mentioned under shipping information for such products on the product pages. Pease make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns & exchanges before purchasing.
    • Cancellation requests can be placed for all products strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
      • All requests are subject to the discretion of Pramank. But we're a friendly bunch :) 

      Process for placing Return, Exchange, Refund request

      Initiating request

      • Place request for Cancellation, Return, Exchange by writing to us at or WhatApp us at +918130758678
      • Wait for our approval, this should not take more than 24 hours we promise!! We would get back with a detailed mail acknowledging your request and providing you next steps to process your request

       Reverse Shipping  

      • Once return / exchange request has been approved, we will email you details about the pickup date and time. Ensure that the product tags are attached, the product is unused (original condition) and packed in original packaging that is came along, basically keep it ready for the pickup
      • Typically, pickup will be attempted twice by the delivery company, in case delivery company is not able to pick up even after two attempts, you will have to courier us the product
      • Reverse pick up service is provided by us at most of pin codes. Only in select few cases where reverse pick is not available, you would have to courier us the product. Worry not !! in such cases Rs 100 store credit would be added to your account which can be redeemed on your next purchase. Please use a reputable service that provides tracking service. Mention your name, order number, and "Pramank" clearly on the package so that your return can be processed smoothly without delay.

      • In case of a return, the refund will be processed only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product. You can either get:
        • Store credit for the same value of the returned product. This can be redeemed in full value on the website. These credits lapse at the end of the calendar year
        • Refund back to source. The source is defined as whichever payment method you chose while completing the transaction at Pramank. Refund will reflect in the "source account" within 5 business days of the receiving the product back, subject to approval of the returned item. Overall this should not take more than 15 days form the day of approval of return request placed by you.
        • For COD returns, funds will be refunded only to your store account. You may choose to apply these funds at checkout at the time of placing your next order with us.


        • In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original product.
        • Once we receive the return shipment via reverse pick-up or self-courier, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and an email will be sent to you to acknowledge the receipt of the returned item.
        • The exchange product requested by you will be sent out to you.
        • Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.
