How can I check the status of my order?
We don’t like our customers wasting their time tracking the order, so Pramank automatically sends you notification at every step of the order journey. In case you would like to still to check it manually, you can follow below mentioned steps to do the same.
If an order has been placed after account login, tracking details can be found under “Order Status” in the 'My Orders’ tab. However, in case you didn’t log in while placing the order or checked out as “Guest”, you can get order status on WhatsApp or email by sending “Ordernumber_Track” to +918130758678 or firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
As soon as your order is confirmed you will get an email confirming the same.
How can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, however please note cancellation requests can be placed strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order simple email us your orders details at email@example.com and we will take it from there. How can I return or exchange my order?

Can I modify my order?
Yes, you can, however please note modification requests can be placed strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. To modify an order simple email us your orders details along with change request at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take it from there.
What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order, however there would be shipping charges for orders less than Rs 1,999 for domestic orders and $129 USD or equivalent foreign currency for international orders.
How long will it take deliver products to me?
We ship products to you directly from the source country, as fast as we can. All of our products pass through our quality assurance facility before we package it and ship it off to you. Some of the items we sell are handmade upon purchase, which can increase the shipping time. Please make sure to check the "Shipping Info" on the product screen to see the item's estimated arrival.
What if I want to return a non-returnable product?
As a policy we do not accept returns for non-returnable products, reason being these products are typically made to order or customised for you and therefore hard to return. We know you will bear with us on this, as this is to support our artisans and craftsmen who can’t bear the cost of scrapping custom products.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Does Pramank charge any additional tax?
All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.
